This has been an ongoing issue for years search this Community for "active invisible", there are tens of posts on this. I am using Skype app on Windows 10, iPad and iPhone. Every time I start the app on any of these devices, it comes up as Active. I manually change it to Invisible, make a call, and Skype changes my status to Active again.

I change it to Invisible again and close the app on iOS I actually shut it down by swiping upward. Next time I open it, it shows Active. If the user sets the status to Invisible, it should remain so, until the user changes it again. Is that so hard to comprehend??? I do not wish to be seen as Active, especially since Skype shows "the last time you were set to Active or Do Not Disturb".

I have searched for answers in this Community; there are posts complaining about this issue for several years back, but all responses from MS are just useless advice like the one above by DaveM or irrelevant excuses. FIX IT!!!!
